Hi, I’m Erica, a coach, author, and podcaster who helps women transform their relationship with alcohol so they can ditch the shame, feel amazing, and enjoy their wine while fully showing up in their lives.
For years, I believed I couldn’t have fun without drinking—that motherhood, stress, or even just being social required a glass of wine to get through. But that usually led to more drinks than I planned, endless comparisons, and mornings filled with shame, regret, and exhaustion.
Here’s what I’ve learned: I don’t need alcohol to cope, to be fun, or to be a good mom. Now, I can enjoy a drink when I truly want to, without it running the show, and it’s made me a happier, healthier, and more present version of myself.
