I was already a certified coach, but when COVID hit, my drinking slowly crept into a space that didn’t feel good anymore (hello, daily wine + weekend binging). I wanted to make a change before “rock bottom” was even a possibility, but when I looked for support, all I found was an all-or-nothing approach. Sobriety-only spaces didn’t speak to me, so I created something different.
