As a highly sensitive, deeply feeling mom myself, I know what it’s like to feel everything — the noise, the pressure, the mental tabs that never close. For years I lived in cycles: holding it together, getting overwhelmed, coping, then promising I’d do better tomorrow.I was already a certified coach when COVID hit, and one coping habit — wine — quietly became a daily escape. But it wasn’t just about drinking. It showed me a bigger pattern I’d been living in: overdoing, starting over, and wondering why willpower never lasted.
When I went looking for help, everything felt extreme. Either strict discipline or complete elimination. Nothing taught how to live in the middle — inside real life, with real stress, responsibilities, and emotions.
So I created what I needed.
Whether it’s alcohol, food, routines, or the constant mental load, you don’t need another reset. You need a steadier way to live — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
